| Below new period setting,valve manufacturing industry,a basic industry,will bring about technological innovation by further optimize the production processes under high technical support and high product quality oriented.To some extent,domestic valve production exists in the low-end areas.In addition to further emphasis on manufacturing processes,the valve company want to replace manual labor by automated production gradually follow the higher requirement of product line.In this paper,the butterfly valve assembly line is launched in this context.Focuses on the assembling core,the purpose is to achieve assembly automatic production.After a detailed understanding of production and the mainstream theoretical research methods,the hysteresis parameters can be obtained from the real production environment.We redefine the layout of the assembly line and the process plan.The line scheme has been designed for the liberation of labor and the efficiency of assembly.It may achieve the double growth of outputs.The whole production line of the structural design includes the main assembly line and sub-assembly line.In the branching end,it uses a number of rotating "C"-type fixture and the upper and lower combination of the cylinders to achieve the assembly of valve plates and rubber sleeves.At the main assembly end,grasping of the branch end assembly is achieved by a robot hand;the assembly in the manipulator is pressed into the valve body by means of the vertical cylinder depression.The final assembly of the valve rod is accomplished by using a single cylinder at the end of the main assembly line.The main assembly line and sub-assembly line are both in the form of step-by-step.There are related to the same control structure.We use a combination of slide and limiting hook to achieve the transmission and halt of the production line.In the selection of power plant,it can be divided into transmission cylinder,assembly cylinder,hand control servo motor.It achieves the finite element simulation of transmission devices and power plants by CAD,Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench.After the static analysis of the applied load chain and the stepped impelling structure,we select the optimal driving station.By the stress distribution of the pushing structure,the get maximum stress is lower than the safety of the using stress,which can determine the feasibility of the drive.After the modal analysis of the manipulator structure controlled by the servo motor,the natural frequency of the structure is determined to avoid resonance with the frequency of the motor.The design can be achieved by the editable logic controller(PLC).We combined with the factors of production and the working principle of PLC control program,and put forward corresponding control requirements. |
