| With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the demand for automotive starters is increasing day by day.As a key component of automotive start-up systems,it also puts higher demands on the performance of its work.The rotor assembly serves as the core component of the interior of the automobile starter,and its production quality is one of the key factors that affect the performance of the starter.Traditional automobile starter rotor assembly machine production line is a production mode under manual intervention,which has the disadvantages of low production efficiency,low product qualification rate,poor working environment of workers and large labor force.This paper is commissioned by an automotive electronics company,aiming at the problem of unstable production efficiency and low processing quality in the existing starter rotor assembly machine production line,in order to increasing production efficiency and product quality and achieve intelligent production as a production target,to re-plan the rotor assembly machine production line.It has broad application prospects to design a stable,without human participation rotor assembly intelligent machining production line.On the basis of field investigation,in-depth of the company’s internal,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the automobile starter rotor assembly machining process from three aspects: machining process,machining process parameters and machine processing equipment,and a modular approach is used to divide the existing production process.By analyzing and calculating the bottleneck of restricting the machining process of the rotor assembly,this paper puts forward the design task,according to the existing advanced technology,makes an overall plan for the intelligent machine production line of the rotor assembly,and determines its structure composition and space layout,complete the design of the overall project of the intelligent machine production line.Secondly,aiming at the overall plan of the intelligent machine production line,this paper has specifically designed of the process equipment and structure of the bottleneck process and the key module,at the same time,using the three-dimensional design software Solidworks2014 to complete the model drawing of the structure.Thirdly,using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench14.5 to analyze the key structure,to verify the reasonableness of its structure,and optimize the improvement according to the actual situation.The planning and design of the rotor assembly intelligent machine production line is a complicated process.In this paper,only focuses on the design analysis of the key process modules.at the same time,it also provides reference for the planning,design and analysis of other process modules. |
