Research On JS Architecture Decoration Engineering Project Management

With the continuous development of society,the development of China’s construction industry by leaps and bounds,greatly promoting the development of the decoration industry.As an important pillar industry of the national economy,the construction quality of the decoration project has a direct impact on the use of the building and the investment effect,and it has a direct relationship with the people’s life safety.With China’s entry into WTO,the market has been in line with the international environment.Large decoration engineering construction is increasingly widespread,with the increase of infrastructure and fixed investment,large decorative engineering projects have been widely exist in all walks of life.Therefore,the research purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of the decoration project and ensure the smooth implementation of the decoration project through the research of JS building decoration engineering project management.From the perspective of management theory,combined with the construction experience of decoration,with advanced management ideas,improve the organizational structure,reduce unnecessary waste,so as to ensure the smooth construction,the construction cost is reduced,which can greatly improve the reasonable construction,also can make the time cost saving.To realize the construction environment is reasonable,safe,fast and efficient,and thus make the project construction cost reduction,construction speed,construction effect is good.Based on the change of management concept,the concept of project management is improved,and the project construction and management level are improved by the increase of project management.Project quality management,project safety management,project schedule management,project team and communication management are involved in the project management.The key to success of project management is project quality management and schedule management,and the two complement each other.Based on project information management in the information era,the project work efficiency is improved,which has important significance for the improvement of the work flow of the project.Project team and communication management can achieve effective coordination and communication within the project,greatly promote the sustainable development of the project management team.
