The Study Of The Engineering Contract Management Of HLS Company

Since the 21 st century,China's industrial sector has entered the phase of leap development.Growing at the same time of the engineering,the engineering contract is also a sharp increase,the importance role of the contract management is attached by people gradually.How in the fierce competition and the changing economic environment,effective engineering contract management in order to ensure engineering quality,to complete the contract target,establishing the image of good corporate image and engineering for enterprise has more and more pressing needs.In this paper,from the industry,engaged in industrial automation control engineering related,contract number and type of the project on both the typical HLS company engineering contract management as the research object of the company.By the company in the process of engineering contract management in the early stage of the contract transfer approval stage,contract execution phase and late acceptance service stage is the actual situation of three different periods and characteristics,combined with the reasons,economic and industrial changes,such as internal and external reasons,analysis and study of HLS company engineering as a result of the management in different stages of the contract;Based on project management and lifecycle theory of the PMBOK and CPMBOK,comprehensive the contract quality plan management,the contract schedule management,the contract service management and human resource management theory,experience and knowledge,from two perspectives of dynamic and static,analysis comprehensive and systematic,put forward the related proposal of the engineering contract management.In this paper,the HLS company project contract management content itself in contract,contract execution process,contract of service and other aspects the problems and methods to resolve problems and safeguard measures,not only as the optimization and improvement suggestions of HLS company,but also provide reference for other enterprises of engineering project contract management behavior and reference,to guide and promote our country industrial enterprise in the field of engineering project contract management theory development and practical application effect.
