Analysis Of Common Problems In Contract Management Of Engineering Project

In the current socio-economic activities, the contract to protect the interests of all plays, an important role in the behavior of the parties bound. At present, China is in the primary stage of socialism, all aspects of the laws and regulations need to be further improved, contract execution process, due to the existence of different levels of contract management, resulting in many cases of contract disputes. Especially in the project area because of its particularity, the parties often caught in a dilemma, caused by the construction progress, quality control is lost, and ultimately affect the project’s economic and social benefits.In this paper, the basic project contract management theory and its use in project management in an important position paper argues that project management contract management in the necessity, especially for foreign current description of the current situation of contract management, and in-depth analysis. Pointed out that C hina’s current project management common problems, and the cause of the problem analysis, propose appropriate corrective measures to regulate the market of project management for the future of project management contract management outlook, and ultimately to improve contract management level of C hinese enterprises to enhance the overall competitiveness of our enterprises and the promotion of the project engineering enterprise healthy and sustainable development. And the management of project contract was optimized based on the Hall three dimension structure in the view of construction enterprise. In the dimension of time, the contract management is divided into four stages. In the logical dimension, the contract management is divided into planning, organization, leadership and control according to management function. In the dimension of knowledge, the contract management needs personnel training, technology application,scientific method taking and strengthen law applying.
