As the progress in fabricated steel structure building proceeds,the constraint of mating wallboard becomes more obvious.As the sub-project of “Theoretical and Experimental Research on New Gangue Wallboard Supporting Steel Structure Building”,a National Outstanding Youth Science Fund Project,this paper uses four types of materials,including gangue concrete,spontaneous combustion gangue concrete,ceramsite concrete,and gangue foamed mortar to develop a mating wallboard which can be applied in the fabricated steel structure building,and conducts the experimental research on the pattern design and mechanical property of gangue wallboard.The details are as follows:1.Based on the differences in the pattern design of inside and outside wallboard,the inside material of wallboard and force form,filled gangue,hollow gangue,ribbed ceramsite and gangue foamed mortar wallboards are designed.When the above four types of wallboard are under construction or in the normal use,reinforcement and mechanical properties under own weight and load are calculated,including flexural capacity,shear capacity and deflection,and C-shaped ribs in the ribbed ceramsite wall are calculated and checked,so as to ensure that the wallboard can meet the requirements of design and specification at the four widths,3m,4.5m,6m and 7.5m.2.Sample design and production are made to the four types of gangue wallboard,and production processes in the way of factory assembly line including wire lath paster,sample mold production,shaping and maintenance.Filled gangue,hollow gangue,ribbed ceramsite and gangue foamed mortar wallboards are produced successively.3.In light of the test standard of wallboard sample and the force form of wallboard at early stage,loading measure to the wallboard sample is designed and formulated,including piling the preloading device A,anti-bending static performance test device B and the C.Based on the pattern design and theoretical calculation of gangue wallboard,rating loading test method exclusive to this wallboard is concluded.This method calculates the standard value and design value of the load required for the wallboard sample through the equivalent moment theory,and the wallboard sample is loaded step by stop,in order to study the bending performance of the wallboard sample.4.Through the wallboard preloading and anti-bending static performance test,different experimental researches are conducted to 9 groups of filled gangue wallboard samples,4 groups of hollow gangue wallboard samples,1 group of ribbed ceramsite wallboard and 1 group of gangue foamed mortar wallboard.Through the phenomenon over the wallboard sample preloading,relation between imposed load and stress,the loading value under three ultimate states,and deflection and the form of crack,experimental results are summarized and analyzed.In the end,the requirements for the structural mechanical properties of gangue wallboard made of four different types of gangues in the fabricated steel structure building are concluded and the suggestion to the further design and development of wallboard is proposed.5.To measure whether gangue wallboard is competitive in terms of economic efficiency in the wallboard market,ribbed ceramsite wallboard and gangue foamed mortar wallboard are analyzed from the perspective of economic benefit.Through the national incentive policy to the comprehensive governance of gangue,it is found that the above two types of gangue wallboards which are used for resource utilization have relatively high economic benefit.
