Joints And Experimental Investigation Of Coal Gangue Wallboards In Steel Structure Housing

The assembled steel structure housing is a favorable condition to realize the industrialization of housing construction,which has the advantages of flexible space layout,green environmental protection,high bearing capacity,superior seismic performance,affordable price and short construction period.However,due to the application of the wallboards and the joints of the assembled steel structure housing is relatively backward,which makes it difficult to popularize and apply the steel structure housing.This topic research is a sub project of the National Youth Science Fund Project “theoretical and experimental study on the new coal gangue wallboard in steel structure housing(51208332)”.In this paper,the joints and related test of the coal gangue wallboard in the assembled steel structure housing are studied.According to relevant requirements on construction and normal use of wallboards in steel structure housing,the coal gangue wallboard is taken as a research subject and a new joint idea is presented.Floor slab bears the wallboards' dead load directly,meanwhile,components at the wall opening edge and wall studs are not to be needed.A series of problems of external wallboards and internal wallboards—lifting,installing and adjusting,fixing,splicing,joint seams and decoration have been studied.Through these studies,the method of coal gangue wallboards' joints is obtained and the method is fit to the assembled steel structure housing.Coal gangue wallboard specimen has been made and experimental study on thermal conductivity and sound insulation has been carried out.So the test results of heat transfer coefficient and sound transmission loss are obtained.According to the test results,through the study on the thermal insulation and thermal insulation performance of coal gangue wallboard with different materials,the solution to improve the thermal insulation and sound insulation performance of coal gangue wallboard is given.Based on the test code for building wallboards,hanging force test and tensile test of the coal gangue wallboard have been carried out.The capacity of hanging load and the ability to anchor with anchoring parts are inspected.Thus the specific solutions for the installation of residential facilities or equipment are derived.
