Engineering machinery generally use internal combustion engine,hydraulic control,internal combustion engine thermal efficiency and hydraulic system efficiency determines the energy efficiency,there are many technical theory is committed to the internal combustion engine thermal efficiency,and achieved remarkable results.Engineering machinery hydraulic system to improve the energy efficiency,on the one hand to reduce their energy consumption,while the waste of energy for recycling,with great room for improvement and improvement potential,energy conservation is an important direction.Engineering machinery operating mechanism dynamic recovery method can be converted into hydraulic energy can be stored in the accumulator and then use or directly drive the hydraulic components,the second is converted into electrical energy stored in the storage element and then reused,the hybrid is commonly used after a way.At present,many engineering machinery operating agencies have feedback to the system of energy,such as the excavator boom when the potential energy and rotation mechanism when the kinetic energy.When the frequency of operation is high,the mass or moment of inertia is large,the actuator can control the flow and pressure of the system oil by changing the area of the hydraulic valve port.This wastes energy and increases the installed power of the hydraulic system.On the one hand caused the system to cause heat,so that the hydraulic components to reduce the life.It is an effective measure to save energy and reduce energy consumption of high-frequency operating mechanism for large-quality and moment-of-inertia.In this paper,the pressure flow characteristics of the outer and inner rings of the motor and the torque and speed characteristics of the output shaft are analyzed and analyzed from three aspects: mathematical derivation,modeling analysis and loop simulation analysis of the distribution of the axial piston motor.The pressure and loading of each inlet and outlet are discussed in detail.The future use of the motor in the real construction machinery for energy recovery and reuse operations have some guiding significance.In order to solve the problem of the braking energy fed back to the hydraulic system by the rotary motion of the construction machinery,a new type of hydraulic original can be directly used for the energy recovery and utilization of the rotating operation mechanism.Combined with the use of the accumulator,The direct recovery of hydraulic energy improves the efficiency of energy use,and the system is greatly simplified compared to existing energy recovery systems.Then,a single-inlet-driven hydraulic motor circuit and a double inlet-driven hydraulic motor circuit are further built on the basis of the four-component flow axial piston motor simulation model.Through the test found that a single inlet drive hydraulic motor circuit in the motor when the outer ring in the motor conditions,the motor inner ring in the pump conditions,in this case the motor has an energy input interface and two energy output interface.Finally,through the test of double-inlet drive hydraulic motor circuit,it was found that the four-flow window axial piston motor has a good secondary acceleration function.
