The construction of modern electronic control engine is becoming more and more complicated,and the coordination between different systems is more and more accurate,which leads to the more complicated fault of the engine,which brings a lot of trouble and trouble to the whole vehicle maintenance diagnosis.And a single fault diagnosis methods and techniques can not be very good to meet the modern automotive diagnostic industry,the need for fault repair.In order to accurately and quickly diagnose the cause of the failure,the vehicle engine fault diagnosis began to focus on a variety of fault diagnosis methods and technology research.As a result,the integrated and diversified troubleshooting methods will emerge.In this paper,the Toyota 1ZR-FE engine and the 2JZ-GE engine are used to study the fault analysis of waveform and data flow in order to find a new way to accurately diagnose the cause of the electronic control engine.The This paper first analyzes the structure,principle and common faults of the important sensors,actuators and electronic ignition systems of Toyota engine,and summarizes the causes of frequent faults and the causes of common faults.And then the engine test bench,automotive special purpose multimeter,engine analyzer and X431 decoder,etc.to build experimental platform,respectively,air flow meter,throttle position sensor,water temperature sensor,oxygen sensor,idle control valve,injector and ignition system And other people to set the fault,the use of data flow diagnosis or waveform analysis method has a normal work test and fault simulation experiments,through comparative experiments to find the engine failure and diagnostic parameters and abnormal changes in the law of the law.Finally,according to some important experimental data and summary of the experimental study,the paper analyzes the fault diagnosis of the vehicle by deepening into the 4S shop of Toyota vehicle maintenance,so as to validate the correct conclusion of the experimental study.
