Construction Basket Design And Construction Control Of Cantilever Continuous Beam Of Xincheng Avenue

With the flourishing development of highway and railway traffic,the number of bridges that across the river or existing highway is increasing.Most of this kind of bridges is pre-stress concrete continuous bridge,constructed by technology of in-situ cantilever beam.This dissertation summarized the content of in-situ continuous beam construction basket design and construction control of cantilever continuous beam with the example of construction process of high-speed interchange across the Beijing,Hong Kong and Macao in Xinchen Avenue.This dissertation mainly covers the follow works:(1)Summarize the construction technology of continuous beam bridge both domestic and aboard by literature review and related project.(2)Analyzing the features of constructing the pre-stress continuous cantilever beam,emphasizing the importance of construction control.(3)Combined with construction process of continuous beam bridge across the Beijing,Hong Kong and Macao in Xinchen Avenue,design the construction basket by midas/civil2010,discussing the difficulties and key point at the designing stage and constructing stage.(4)Research the critical technology in the process of concreting the cantilever beam in the continuous bridge,and offering a detailed description of the installing and demolishing of the construction basket during concreting the cantilever beam.(5)Forceasting and monitoring the level of erecting formwork at the construction stage by error analyzing method,with the real project.(6)Propose methods of choosing cross-section at the stage of stress-control while construction the continuous pre-stress concrete bridge,testing the stress,with the result of real-time control on Xinchen Avenue continuous beam bridge.
