Research On The Quality Management Of The Park Greening Project In Chengde City

Urban parks are the major decorations of a city.There are many beautiful parks in a charming city.Therefore,to strengthen the quality management of the park greening project can provide theoretical and practical support for the construction of the park.This paper,taking Chengde city of Hebei Province as an example,studies the conspicuous problems existing in the quality management of theparkgreening project,and then puts forward relevant countermeasures.This paper analyzes the problems ofparkgreening project in Chengde city.Through studies,the problems mainly exist in the following aspects: the design of theparkgreening project in some cities is not reasonable;more rigorous concepts of quality management is deficient;the construction fund is relatively insufficient,which can not guarantee the quality of the project;the government pays more attention to construction,but less to management;the professional personnel of high quality in the urban greening project is relatively scarce;the participation of modern high-tech construction machinery is also not enough;there are some differences in quality standard of the urban greening project in different regions;supervision organization of the third-partyparkgreening project is not sufficient;the communication channels with other urban parks at home and abroad is not enough;the phenomenon that is contrary to the relevant laws and regulations sometimes occurs;the punishment to the problems is relatively inadequate.Then this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions abouturban park greening project in Chengde city.For example,planning and designing theparkgreening project in a scientific way;establishing the concept of quality supervision from the real modern perspective;setting a diversified financing strategy of the financial security for theparkgreening project;while strengthening the management of construction projects,the government should pay more attention to the quality supervision of construction projects;cultivating the construction team of greening project;introducing professional and efficient construction machinery;establishing strict construction standard in theparkgreening project,and implementing forcefully;bringing in the third-party monitoring organization under the premise of strengthening the supervision of the relevant departments of the government;actively learning the management experience from foreignparkgreening project and establishing long-term communication mechanism with foreign advanced cities;keeping pace with the times to innovate and perfect the laws and regulations of municipal public welfare projects;strengthening the punishment on the variety of violations,relevant departments and personnel etc.
