Research On Quality Management Of Qingdao Linshui City Park Project

With the progress of urban construction and social civilization,the quality of life of the people has gradually improved,and the state has gradually increased its emphasis on and investment in municipal engineering.City parks are an important part of urban infrastructure and are closely related to the daily production and life of residents.They are of great significance in improving the urban environment,promoting urban construction and development,and attracting foreign populations.The Qingdao Linshui City Park construction project is an important municipal project in the area.It can fully display the coastal city scenery and ecological environment of Qingdao,increase leisure and entertainment places for citizens,and provide life and leisure services,thereby driving the development of urban tourism economy.Therefore,how to use systematic and scientific project quality management methods and management methods to manage the quality of urban park projects is an important challenge faced by such projects at present.This paper takes the construction project of Linshui City Park in Qingdao as the research object,and summarizes the relevant theories of project quality management,including quality management,quality evaluation,quality control,etc.,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.After analyzing the quality management situation of the project,carry out the evaluation of project quality management elements.Using the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation method,8 main elements of project quality management are identified from the 3 stages of project construction.On this basis,design the quality management plan of the Linshui city park construction project,clarify the quality management objectives,system plans and design principles,and formulate the quality control plan of the Linshui city park project from the preparation stage,the construction stage and the completion stage.Finally,by formulating the guarantee strategy of the quality management scheme of Linshui City Park,including the three aspects of quality management personnel,quality management process,system and quality management technical guarantee,so as to ensure the implementation of the project quality management scheme.
