The power industry is one of the earliest informatization industries.Up to now,information technology has been applied in the planning and design,infrastructure construction,power generation,transmission,power transformation,power distribution,power supply and other aspects of the power system.Substation automation,power grid dispatching automation has achieved a higher level of development,while the power industry has the basis of marketization.The goal of the state grid corporation of China to build and operate a strong smart grid and build a ubiquitous power Internet of things means that the power industry informatization has entered a stage of rapid development.In this context,a large number of information system projects have been implemented.Relying on the latest "Internet of things","cloud computing","big data" and other emerging technologies,these projects have improved the automation coverage of power enterprises and played a strong role in promoting the development of power industry informatization.However,the stability of the information system and the on-line rate of products have not been improved,the importance of project quality management has been reduced,the quality assurance system is not yet perfect,the quality control method has not been effectively applied,a large number of information systems need to be upgraded frequently,and the operation and maintenance cost of information system project builders is increasingly high.Therefore,in view of the current status of the development of power automation,in order to improve the stability of power information system project operation and improve the quality of the project,we must pay attention to the quality management of the project and put forward the optimization plan.From the perspective of information system project construction,this paper studies the project quality management according to the way of bringing up issues,analyzing ones,and resolving ones.First of all,based on the reality of J company,the problems facing by J company's electric power information system project are identified by questionnaires and statistical analysis.In terms of quality planning,quality assurance and quality control,causal diagrams are used to analyze the causes of problems and then propose solutions.Then,this paper introduces the intelligent alarm project of substation in city B of J company,and uses the case analysis method to study the application of the solution.In terms of quality planning,scientific methods are used to formulate project quality objectives such as broadband Depphi,fully decompose the objectives and optimize the contents of the plan,effectively control quality risks,and provide guidance for the follow-up of the project.In terms of quality assurance,the quality assurance team,quality assurance working procedures and activities are optimized.It is innovatively proposed to set up an expert group independent of QA to make up for deficiency of the quality assurance personnel's operational capabilities and improve the quality assurance level.In terms of quality control,under the guidance of total quality management theory,PDCA cycle method is used in the research of quality control in the actual project,the information platform is set up and equipped with a perfect systemand,an optimization scheme is proposed in the aspects of defect management and configuration management,this can promote the high quality of the project output.The main defects of the project should be distributed before the beginning of the test phase of the project.The research results of this paper have solved the problem of project quality management of the intelligent substation warning project in B city of J Company and optimized its quality management system,which has positive reference significance for the project quality management of information system of power enterprises.
