Based on the study of the modern reliability modeling and prediction status of the system, the application of electromechanical products has been studied. And the reliability modeling and prediction method are refer to the system-level; According to the analysis of international latest reliability assessment theory which based on the study of typical systems and general system reliability prediction used the searching node method of minimal path sets to assess the reliability of the mechanical and electrical products; and through communications network backbone reliability assessments to predict the course of the demonstration, to prove the correctness of the analysis and feasibility and used the Object-oritented programming language Visual c++ on the preparation of the corresponding algorithm; Finially, taking the aircraft engine oil pressure indictor and alarm system for example, analysis the security and the failure of the aircraft engine oil pressure indictor and alarm system, set up the reliability modeling and assessment the reliability of the aircraft engine oil pressure indictor and alarm system, and forecasting the reliability of the system by the prediction software, and given the method to enhance the reliability of the aircraft engine oil pressure indictor and alarm system.
