With the development of medical technology,the design and functional complexity of medical devices are becoming more and more high,and people are worried about the efficacy,safety and reliability of medical devices.Product reliability is not only related to the quality of the product,but also to the reputation of the company.This paper mainly studies the application of reliability design technology in the development of confocal endoscopes.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structural composition of the confocal endoscope system in detail,and establishes the reliability block diagram of the confocal endoscope according to the structural composition and system division of the confocal endoscope,according to the series exponential distribution of each component in the system.The characteristics and model of building a system reliability.Reliability prediction and distribution of the confocal endoscope system is then performed to clarify the level of system reliability.By comparing the forecasting methods in the different forecasting manuals,it is determined that Telcordia SR332Issue3 is used as the system's expected guidance manual to predict the reliability of the system.According to the reliability prediction results,the reliability index suitable for the confocal endoscope system is determined,and the reliability of the endoscope system is distributed by the comprehensive scoring method.Secondly,the reliability analysis of the optical path system is carried out.The FTA method is used to identify the main failure modes that cause the failure of the whole system.Then,the FMECA analysis method is used to analyze the fault manifestations appearing in the confocal endoscope,find the fault mechanism,analyze its impact on the system levels,and formulate corresponding Compensation measures.Then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the hazard analysis,sort the hazard degree of the failure mode,and determine the key components of the confocal endoscope combined with the difficulty of storage of the product unit.Finally,combined with the confocal endoscope storage,transportation,use conditions,etc.to determine the environmental adaptability of the confocal endoscope test project,and give the test plan and acceptance criteria.
