Construction And Management Practice Of Mountain Botanical Garden

The botanical garden is a scientific research units,which plays an important role in investigation,acquisition,identification,introduction,domestication,preservation,utilization and extension of plant,and as a green space for spreading scientific knowledge,viewing,touring,and science activities,it also can regulating urban climate.This paper selected the case of QuanZhou(HaiXi)Mountain Botanical Garden,according to the characteristics of mountainous terrain,analysis the planning and construction management of the botanical garden with the current situation.The major contributions of the work presented in this thesis are listed as follows:1.Based on the development present situation of the foreign and internal botanical garden in the world,take an analysis and comparison of the botanical garden in the surrounding area of Quanzhou,point out that most studies have focused on the botanical research and planning and design of botanical garden,and less research on project construction management,the relationship between the botanical garden construction and Green Building and Sponge City.2.This paper introduces the planning and design of Quanzhou(HaiXi)botanical garden,and the construction idea,function and structure of the botanical garden.Quanzhou Botanical Garden(HaiXi is located in the river town of Luojiang District,built according to local geographical features and cultural characteristics,the two East-West mountain,four canals,multi-function Park and botanical garden form.Committed to plant culture,conservation and research,the collection of Fujian and the surrounding area of the development and cultivation of plants,while the Taiwan sea with the field of connection to the plant has also expanded to the area of Taiwan.At the same time,in order to popularize botanical knowledge for the tourists,the botanical garden was built to visit leisure in one of the functional park.Therefore,the design and planning of the entire park can meet the requirements of the professional development of the industry,while meeting the needs of visitors.3.According to the project characteristic of Quanzhou(HaiXi)botanical garden,the botanical garden project is divided into four categories,contains planting engineering,infrastructure construction,housing construction and appurtenant works;Through the research of the current situation and management model of government investment projects,the construction management model of Quanzhou(Haixi)botanical garden was established to the improved project management mode,and analyzes its characteristic;set the project construction core objectives,and supporting relevant policies to ensure the realization of goals;The botanical garden construction of key projects are analyzed,including botanical garden road quality control,botanical garden integrated pipeline facilities and quality control,and botanical garden of high and low slope treatment.4.Take "green" construction of the Quanzhou(HaiXi)botanical garden,including green building design,the new technology and new materials of the botanical garden,such as fog system,traffic tolerance lawn,three-dimensional green and ecological wall,biological activity of non soil vegetation blanket,water permeable pavement and so on.5.Take "sponge city" construction of the Quanzhou(HaiXi)botanical garden,realizing the collection and utilization of rainwater.Through renovating the water conservancy facilities,constructing artificial lakes,ecological revetment and slope,laying permeable pavement,square,or with dry stream,wetland,seepage wells,gravel blind ditch and other facilities,collected rainwater and use the collected rainwater to landscape irrigation or as landscape water or square cleaning water and so on,to achieve the comprehensive utilization of rainwater.6.Quanzhou(HaiXi))in the botanical garden construction process,highlight the management innovation,the introduction of PPP construction mode in the construction of the two phase;in ecological governance,constructing the botanical garden "sponge city" system,highlighted the "engineering seepage,stagnation,storage,net,and drainage measures.Through the research of this paper,it can provide a good reference for the planning,construction and management of similar mountain botanical garden in the key project quality control,green construction,"sponge city" and so on.
