Replenishment at sea is a task which costs high price,high demand for equipment manipulation and many steps to organize to replenishment at sea.Not only influenced by external conditions such as sea state,weather and so on,but also it vulnerable to constraints of ship maneuverability.Accordingly,the visual simulation system of the docking process is established based on the virtual reality technology.A large number of real-time data for replenishment at sea transform to simulation frames about the entire process of docking and supply oil.It will bring a high military and economic value for study of replenishment at sea.It is difficult to achieve the demand for simulation visualization of the docking process due to the marine environment is large in space and the composition of the virtual scene is rich and complex.In order to prove the effectiveness of the supply docking,we focus on the threedimensional visual technology of docking mechanism of replenishment at sea in this paper.Through the study of visual simulation method of virtual marine environment,a set of visual simulation system of docking process of replenishment at sea is constructed,and the simulation results are visualized.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,according to study deeply the relevant technology of the domestic and foreign,the simulation model of the docking mechanism of the active floating body and the passive floating body is established for the functional requirements of the visual simulation of replenishment at sea based on the MultiGen-Creator software.There is set the window of the light source operating platform and material properties,created the DOF node and the range of motion,added a constraint for the docking mechanism in the visual simulation,Therefore,the docking mechanism can be realistically reproduced,which lays the foundation for the research of the replenish on docking at sea.Secondly,the model of virtual ocean was established by obtaining the DEM elevation data and DFAD vector data based on the Multigen-Creator software.The key technology of 3D scene modeling is analyzed,and the user interface of virtual ocean scene is set up.It can easily generate real-time preview of virtual ocean scene and provide a realistic environment for docking mechanism.Thirdly,based on the ABAQUS software,the finite element model of the docking mechanism is established,and the functional design and secondary development of the finite element model were made.The application of the docking mechanism in different levels of waves is compiled,and the particle response curve of the docking mechanism is obtained from 4 to 7 level waves,the results can provide the theoretical basis for the realization of visual simulation.Finally,it develops a visual simulation development process based on Vega Prime software,and the software main program framework and the realization of the module initialization are completed by using models of docking mechanism and ocean scene.In order to simulate the whole process of oil supply in the docking mechanism of 1~8 class sea state,Multi thread programming based on MFC framework.The result provide a technology support for replenishment at sea.
