Study On The Priority Development Of Weifang Urban Public Transport

The priority development of urban public transport is an important content of the urban traffic development strategy which is determined at the national level.It is the inevitable choice to solve the traffic problems such as urban traffic congestion and traffic pollution.It is also an important duty of government management to achieve the priority development of public transport.But how to effectively implement and achieve bus priority is currently actively exploring the major cities.Weifang municipal government in the development of public transport priority development goals adopted a series of policy measures in the development of bus priority which has made some success,but there is still much room for improvement.This paper uses the method of empirical analysis and normative analysis to study the priority development of urban public transport in Weifang.First of all,the status quo of the development of urban public transport in Weifang was investigated and analyzed to understand and grasp the actual situation of urban public transport development in Weifang.The survey results show that the traffic rate of Weifang city residents is high,and the bus network is not perfect.The survey results also show the necessity of Weifang bus priority development.Secondly,the development of urban public transport in Weifang was evaluated.By constructing the evaluation index system,this paper determines the index score based on the research data,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index and obtains the comprehensive score of the development degree of the urban public transport in Weifang.The evaluation results show that the priority development of urban public transport in Weifang belongs to the general priority development level,it is necessary to further improve and give priority to the development of urban public transport in Weifang.Then,on the basis of the above investigation and evaluation,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the priority development of urban public transport in Weifang according to the existing problems of urban public transport development in Weifang.Finally,it summarizes the research content of the paper,points out the shortcomings of the paper,and explains the follow-up research.The problem of urban public transport priority development is a complicated systematic problem,the content of the paper is only preliminary study of the problem.It is hoped that this study will help people to give priority to the development of urban public transport concept,contribute to the priority development of urban public transport in Weifang and contribute to the sustainable development of urban traffic.
