In the 21 st century,the development in the areas of aviation,aerospace and national defense have already became an important parts to measure the level of science and technology production in a country,with the rapid development of the economy and the progress of the technological level in the world.And in these three areas,the research and development of aircraft has become a very important aspect.But the actual engineering of the aircraft system has some characteristics,such as high-order,coupling,uncertainty,non-linearity and instability,That have brought great difficulties to the study,which also shows the study of this the system has great significance.However,it is neither convenient nor difficult to direct study the actual aircraft.In this case,it is necessary to design an aircraft attitude simulator and control it,and then realize the control of the real aircraft.This paper is based on the 2-DOF aircraft attitude simulator which made in the laboratory.The platform including the design and selection of mechanical structures,the design and construction of electrical structure,the preparation of control system software program,the design of control law and the design and implementation of Control Algorithm is designed independently by the lab.And the construction of the 2-DOF aircraft attitude simulator has a very important significance in theory and engineering.In this paper,first brief introduced the platform system of the aircraft attitude simulator experiment platform system is briefly introduced.Including the mechanical structure,electrical structural design and software control procedures.Then,based on the simplified mechanical structure model of the a ircraft attitude simulator,through analysis the structure model established the dynamic model which has both directions of pitch and yaw,and analyze the coupling of the control system.After the according to the dynamic model of the aircraft attitude simulator,built the simulation module under the Simulink of Matlab to perform simulation experiments.Finally,based on the dynamic model of the 2-DOF aircraft attitude simulation system,designed the decoupling single-channel controller and the two-channel full-state feedback controller which applied linearization and pole placement.And made these under the Simulink of Matlab to perform simulation experiments and test the results.
