Modern instrument design often aims at improving the processing speed and accuracy of hardware,ignoring the interaction between human and instrument.In fact,through the research of usability of human-computer interaction,the error rate can be greatly reduced and the operating efficiency and experience of user can be improved.In this paper,a bioluminescence confocal microscope is researched as the main evaluation object and an usability evaluation model is constructed on the basis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Through the evaluation result,the best scheme of the confocal microscope can be choosen.Also,this paper can provide some new ideas for the usability evaluation research of relevant instruments.In this paper,the framework of evaluation system of the confocal microscope is divided into background factors dimension as well as usability dimension.The background factor model is defined from the aspect of equipment characteristics,user group,tast setting and using environment.Efficiency,effectiveness and user satisfaction are choosn as the factor layer of the usability dimension.Six first-level indexs are choosen as the index layer.Furtherly,twenty second-level indexs are choosen as the data layer.In this way,the whole usability evaluation system is established.The twenty second-level indexs which can be measured are devided into three classifications according to the experimental characteristics.The method to measure the appearance indexs is based on the simulation of Delmia.with the simulation of the posture of user when they are operating the microscope,the layout rationality and the comfort index can be measured.With performance magnanimity and questionnaire,we design the testing task and make the measurement of the interface efficiency,the learnability and the memorability index so that the interface indexs can be measured.On the basis of Likert scale,the satisfaction index are measured by questionnaire.What’s more,an analytic hierarchy process structure is constructed.Based on the fuzzy set theory,the membership functions and the judgment matrixs of the usability indexs are determined.next step is getting the weight value of the indexs and weight matrix.Then,according to the correspondence between the subordinate interval and the fuzzy evaluation set,we transform the membership value of the weight matrix into fuzzy number.Through the calculation of the usability score vector matrix and the defuzzification processing,the optimal solution can be get.Experts are invited to evaluate the schemes by using the heuristic evaluation.With the comparison of the results we get from the experts and the usability evaluation model,the validity of the model is verified.
