Construction industry has already become a mainstay in national economy,and has great effect on the development of economy and society.However,with the development of China construction industry,the huge investment of resources and manpower has made environmental problems become increasingly serious.To standardize the construction,reduce costs and ensure quality,modernized and refined construction management will be an unavoidable choice.At present,BIM has been studied and applied in the world engineering construction field for more than 10 years,become the core technology of construction and management.Moreover,BIM has brought huge benefits to construction,improved quality and efficiency of engineering project significantly.Since BIM entered our country,it is a common view that BIM plays a vital role in the future development of the construction industry driven by the market and policy.In reality,there are many problems in the BIM application.The reason for BIM cannot be widely used lies in the circumstances that stakeholders have not been actively involved in the application and promotion,the research on the issue is rather plain.Based on these characteristics,this paper discusses the relationship between BIM stakeholders,and the how the adoption of BIM technology affects the relationship between construction project stakeholders.First of all,through the literature analysis,this paper summarizes the various stakeholders and their relationship characteristics based on BIM.The construction of BIM based collaborative project stakeholders is studied using complex networks,and the weighted scalefree network model(BBV model)is used to simulate the development of the network.Through the simulation,with the gradual adoption of BIM technology by various stakeholders,the relationship between evolution and evolution into mild network right tends to be stable,the degree distribution and edge weight distribution nearly do not change.And collaborative network model of construction project stakeholders based on BIM has scale-free characteristics.The weight of the new node is positively correlated with the degree of the node,which can show the importance of the nodes in the system.The addition of new nodes has a certain impact on the whole network and the effect is different for different nodes,and the results show that the system has certain adaptability.The study considers the application of BIM technology,and takes the approach of complex network to set models and simulate,which provides a new idea for the research of BIM stakeholders and other complex organizations.
