| Bag filter is one of the most common asphalt mixing equipment secondary dust removal equipment.It is composed of two parts consisting of filter means and cleaning means.The bag filter is designed to reduce dust emissions effectively,save maintenance costs of asphalt mixing equipment,and improve energy efficiency,while meeting environmental requirements.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic working principle of bag filter and the main factors that affect its dust removal efficiency.These factors include dust characteristics,dew point temperature,filter performance and intake mode.The dust filter performance evaluation of bag filter was put forward in order to determine the performance of bag filter.Secondly,through the field comparison test,the paper studies the various operating parameters which affect the internal flow field of the bag filter,including gas flow rate,temperature and humidity.At the same time,the use of screening and scanning electron microscopy camera method,sampling and testing of different manufacturers of dust removal equipment produced by the recovery of dust.The morphology and particle size distribution of dust particles were studied.The effects of various factors on the efficiency of dust removal of bag filter are further studied,which provides the necessary data for theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Finally,Based on a company’s 4000 type mixing equipment bag filter,use FLUENT software to simulate.The internal flow field of the internal fluid velocity,pressure,turbulent kinetic energy and the distribution of dust particles are obtained.The simulation results show that the internal flow field of the precipitator is not uniform,and the entrance wind speed is bigger and the secondary dust is more obvious.According to the results of the study,the dust collector is improved to improve the internal flow field of the precipitator,making it more uniform and reasonable,and the dust removal efficiency is further improved. |
