| Recovered dust is scrap that less than the diameter of 0.075mm,which generated in the process of mixing asphalt mixture in asphalt mixing station,it has been huge production in the station and does harm to human health,also pollutes the environment.Due to the lack of systematic research on the properties of the recycled dust and its blending to cement stabilized macadam pavement,so recycling powder is seldom used in highway engineering.In order to protect the environment and reduce the cost of processing the recovered dust,this paper studies the pavement performance which different context of dust was mixed into cement stabilized macadam pavement,we draw the appropriate context of dust(mass fraction,the text),and then draw a new recycling dust way that recovered dust mixed with cement stabilized macadam.In this paper,asphalt mixing plant in Kangping town is the main engineering survey respondent,specifically undertake the following contents:(1)Studying the cement,dust recycling,and aggregates the basic nature of the test,we select gravel aggregate gradation range,explaining the forming strength theory of blending recovered dust cement stabilized macadam,the best moisture content is obtained,laying the foundation that is used to research a comprehensive pavement performance study of new materials.(2)Carrying out the indoor materials research of blending recovered dust cement stabilized macadam:7d unconfined compressive strength test,compression test resilience,shrinkage and temperature shrinkage test.(3)Using numerical simulation software FLAC3D to analyze grassroots mechanical for each structural layer,and analyzing the influence of different content dust to the material deflection and stress,providing a theoretical basis for the test road paving.(4)Analyzing the traffic conditions and road construction Liaoning area to provide basis for its urgency and application prospect,the application analysis of materials proves whether the blending recovered dust cement stabilized crushed stone is suitable for promotion.(5)Analyzing the material from economic and social benefits aspect,concluding this material can reduce road construction costs and bring good economic and social benefits.The results show that:recovered powder meet the specification requirements,it can be fin filled in aggregate mix.At a fixed cement content of 5%,the 6%content of dust has a greater influence on base strength;the dust content that less than 3%blended cement stabilized stone can meet the strength,stiffness,shrinkage and other pavement performance requirements,it has a broad application prospects in the conservation of resources and energy,also has a significance in the usage of and environmental protection. |
