Shaanxi province expressway opened to traffic total mileage reached 5000 kilometers by the end of 2015,514 kilometers of new projects construction in 2016.During the period of “the 13 th five-year plan” arranged 28 highway construction project,construction total mileage reached 1896 kilometers.The leapfrog development of highway construction of Shaanxi province,depend on the state heavy investment in infrastructure and people's strong demand for fast travel.And after highway opened,how to guarantee the highway road conditions,equipment normal operation,good,safety,fast,comfortable and efficient operation,daily maintenance plays an important role.Highway electromechanical system is a key lane directly to the user in all pars of the highway,and highway "appearance" either,.its maintenance quality directly determines the operation situation of the equipment and vehicle traffic efficiency,but also directly reflect the highway operation management level and the traffic civilization degree,so it is very important to completes the highway electromechanical system maintenance work.Highway maintenance management is under the guidance of industry standards and related policies and regulations,the use of advanced technology and scientific management methods,reasonable allocation and use of maintenance costs,ensure the good operation highway facilities,normal stable operations management,safe passage of traffic,to get the most out of the highway social and economic benefits.Therefore reduce the maintenance cost is not only the need of lowering the operating costs for the highway,but also need to improve the level of maintenance management,safeguard the people's daily travel demand and the demand of the construction of economical society.Based on the highway electromechanical toll system,one of "three systems" as an example,analysis and research on maintenance cost of expressway electromechanical system,because the most extensive coverage?maximum number of equipment types?daily maintenance costs accounted for the highes?fault type and quantity is also the most of toll system,ensure the basic data and representative cases,real-time,reliability,comprehensiveness and accuracy.To a section of the National Highway Backbone Shaanxi,the electromechanical system maintenance is for reference in recent years,based on twelve kinds of toll system main equipment,to electromechanical system operation management standard and perennial stationed the highway maintenance unit experience summary as a guide,comprehensive introduce the equipment function of toll system,analysis the maintenance cost?failure rate and failure,come to the conclusion,then with deep analysis and argument of the conclusion and optimization scheme is put forward,according to the optimized scheme for maintenance cost analysis again,will cost comparison before and after optimization,the economic benefits of the scheme was summarized comparison,to improve the level of maintenance after provide theoretical and practical basis.After analysis summary at the same time,the whole life cycle of projects in the highlights of the problems in the process of construction and operation,can be used as reducing maintenance costs,improve the quality of maintenance in the future the main breakthrough.
