In recent years, with the constant extension of expressway mileage, the expansion of expressway network scale and the increase of expressway service life; the expressway maintenance management work is becoming increasingly important. The reasonable electromechanical maintenance budget as expressway electromechanical system maintenance and management work of funding, has arosen increasing attention in the industry. The major issue to be resolved is that how to scientifically and reasonably determine expressway electromechanical maintenance budget expenses and develop practical maintenance plans to guarantee the expressway electromechanical equipment sustainable and efficient running.Starting from the expressway electromechanical system maintenance management present situation; according to the characteristics of the electromechanical system, and from electromechanical system of maintenance and management two aspects; this paper by using of multi-criteria ABC classification for expressway electromechanical system has carried on the system classification and grade of equipment, and the study of maintenance management method. Secondly, based on equipment grading, it carried out research on the expressway electromechanical maintenance engineering budget quota magnitude difference coefficients; analyzed the charge system key equipment of artificial, mechanical amplitude difference coefficient influencing factors, by using Fuzzy AHP and Entropy Combination approach, realized many complex factors graded quantized; established a charge system maintenance budget Quota amplitude difference coefficient calculation model, and calculated its value. Thirdly, this paper also combined the project budget theory with expressway electromechanical system equipment maintenance expense calculation, through the contrast analysis of the quota valuation method and the Bill of Quantities method, to choose a more scientific and advanced method to establish a expressway electromechanical maintenance engineering budget expense calculation model. Finally, the budget expense calculation model was applied to a province highway electromechanical system maintenance budget expense project, and verified that the model is scientific and reasonable.In this paper, through the study of expressway electromechanical maintenance engineering budget expenses, the budget quota magnitude difference coefficients calculation model and budget expenses calculation model is established; which provides an important reference value for the preparation of electromechanical expressway maintenance engineering budget quota and a scientific basis for the further amended and improved expense items and expense standards.
