| With the continuous development of the economy,the standard of people’s lives is increasing and the number of motor vehicles is growing,which lead to that the urban traffic congestion is heavier and heavier.In the face of urban traffic congestion,developing the public transportation has become one of the most effective approaches.Public bike is a kind of green and environmentally friendly vehicle.Bicycle-sharing system is an important part in comprehensive transportation system.Especially in the “last kilometer” of rail transit system,public bike has more advantages.The perfect numbers and the right location of public bikes will help attract more travelers to choose rail transit,and increase the ratio of public transportation,which is in favor of developing transit-oriented development.Firstly,the paper explain the meaning of the transfer of public bike and rail transit,and analyze the feasibility and necessity of bicycle-sharing system.Secondly,build the transfer model and location model to provide the scientific basis and theoretical foundation for solving the following problems.Finally,choosing the Xiaozhai Station in Xi’an as the research area.Based on the data of questionnaire,the paper analyzes the travelers’ character and alternative character,and builds the ML model of transfer including the rail transit and public bikes.It uses SPSS to calibrate and test the model.And the model works out B+R(bike and rail transit)transfer demand.Under the foundation,the paper lists the public bike location influence factors,and analyzes the influence index.Then,it builds the TOPSIS model based on entropy method to solve the location problems.The paper uses procedure of MATLAB to calculate the TOPSIS model to get the best ones.So the public bike location is done.The results of case study has indicated the feasibility,science and practicability. |
