With the rapid development of freeway in Midwest of China,the reasonable and timely maintenance management that coordinated with the rapid construction of freeway has gradually attracted people's attention,especially in the mountainous area,which increased maintenance cost and management difficulties for their complex liner,higher ratio of bridges and tunnels and special weather conditions.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and international freeway technology and economic research,this paper takes the Xi'han freeway as an example analysis technical condition and related content of maintenance work in the mountainous area under the real data of construction and analysis the technical and economic aspects of civil engineering facilities for freeway maintenance to obtain the cost and composition of medium-capital overhauling and daily maintenance.At the same time,compare the cost of maintenance with the hilly country and plains to obtain the maintenance cost level of freeway in the mountainous area.This paper also analyzes the necessity of the establishment of the fire squadron in the Mountainous Area.Based on the real accident location,the location of the fire squadron and the rescue time distribution in the jurisdiction of the Qinling Management of the Xi'han freeway,we build the model for fire brigade site selection and apply this model to the fire squadron accident and fire management.Finally,this paper discusses the technical and economic performance of electromechanical system of freeway tunnel in the mountainous area from the lighting system.And taking the upwelling of Qinling I tunnel of Xi'han freeway as an Example,when high voltage sodium lamp was replaced by LED lamp,this influnence on the economic cost of electromechanical lighting system of Expressway Tunnel in mountainous area was calculatedThis paper indicates:(1)under the influence of topographic and geographic features,the maintenance for road facilities is highly technical in mountainous area,the overloaded lorries cause terrible damage on pavement for bridges and tunnels,and comparing with the maintenance costs of freeway in hill and plain area,the mountainous area at a high level.The cost per kilometer of heavy and medium maintenance for Xi'han freeway is 192800 yuan/km,which is 4.9 and 3.4 times greater than hill and plain area respectively,specifically,the medium cost of Xihan freeway is 100400 yuan/km,which has close relations to the great amount of maintenance quantities for safety facilities,fence of pile foundation for bridges and retaining wall.The costs of routine maintenance for Xi'han freeway from 2010 to 2015 are 38900 yuan/km,which is 1.7 and 1.8 times greater than hill and plain area respectively.(2)Considering the time of rescuing,economic benefits and setting conditions comprehensively,the reasonable location of fire brigade for Qinling control house can provide theory for analyzing a and evaluating the joint action fire protection and management in mountainous area.(3)Considering the feasibility of using the LED lights,which can decrease the lighting operation costs.The results of this paper are of great significance to understand and evaluate the technology and economic benefits of freeway maintenance in mountainous area,comprehend common and personality characteristics of freeway technology economy characteristics,arrange the freeway maintenance by actual conditions,continually exploring new management ideas,make maintenance policy and efficient management,and finally make a safety,comfortable,convenient and beautiful driving environment.
