Bulldozers as earthwork machinery,the operation condition is complex,the load changes frequently,and the traditional hydraulic mechanical transmission way low energy utilization ratio,high energy consumption and emissions.With the increasingly serious environmental pollution and energy crisis,hybrid as a kind of effective energy conservation and emissions reduction technology is to improve the fuel economy and the best way to improve its performance.For hybrid systems,the design of rational dynamics is the key to improving the fuel economy and power of the bulldozer.Hybrid dynamic control strategy realize the rational distribution of power supply,reduce the fuel consumption of the bulldozer,achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.This paper studies the dynamic strategy of hybrid bulldozer in tandem hybrid bulldozer for the purpose of improving the power performance.The main research of this article is as follows:(1)Through the analysis and research of hybrid tracked vehicle structure,the structure and parameters of series hybrid bulldozer,and bulldozers in straight lines,steering and normal stress of the shovel operations were analyzed.(2)Modeling by backward simulation model,the model of driving motor,final drive and dynamics is established by means of theoretical modeling and experimental data modeling.Based on MATLAB/simulink simulation platform to build a hybrid bulldozer,provide simulation platform for the research of dynamic strategy analysis.(3)Through the drive motor output analysis,establish speed regulating control strategy and torque control based on fuzzy control strategy,using MATLAB/stateflow and fuzzy control toolbox complete dynamic model of the control strategy.Through the simulation analysis show that the two dynamic control strategy has the validity and feasibility of compared with the traditional hydraulic machinery bulldozers,significantly improve the machine dynamic performance.
