Manufacturing And Study On Properties Of Polyurethane(PU) Modified Bitumen Emulsions

In recent years,modified emulsified asphalt has been widely used in highway construction and highway maintenance.At present,the main preparation of modified emulsified asphalt is mainly SBR,SBS modifier,although its modification effect is good,but in the preparation and use of the process will appear some problems.In view of,this paper adopts new material preparation of PU resin modified asphalt emulsion,taking into account the equipment and process of preparation of PU emulsion is difficult,high cost,and there is no ready-made meet PU requirements into the mixed emulsion asphalt emulsion preparation of modified emulsified asphalt,the modified asphalt emulsion preparation method PU modified asphalt emulsion by PU,the research of PU modified emulsified asphalt pavement performance.By optimizing the process conditions,the preparation method of PU modified asphalt was determined.Under the optimum dosage,the PU modifier can be well dispersed in the asphalt,and has good compatibility,and the particle size distribution is uniform and is less than 5?m,which is favorable for emulsification.The prepared PU modified asphalt has good macro general performance and the improvement of crack resistance at low temperature is the most obvious.Through the viscosity test,the PU modifier increased the viscosity of asphalt,and the data of viscosity temperature curve were fitted to determine the three kinds of PU modified asphalt construction temperature and emulsification temperature.Analysis of PU modified asphalt is physical modification and chemical modification of two kinds of modified by infrared spectroscopy;the chemical modification by PU and asphalt compatibility effect;and physical modification by PU and asphalt compatibility effect.By optimizing the emulsifier,the emulsifying agent A was used to emulsify the three kinds of PU modified asphalt,and the optimum dosage of emulsifier was determined.At the same time were compared before and after emulsification of emulsification without disrupting the carbamate group structure,only to a certain extent weakened,this and the properties and glass transition temperature,heat absorption study results are consistent.The preparation method of PU modified asphalt emulsion has better performance and road performance,which South Korea SK PU prepared by the performance of the modified asphalt emulsion,through the above analysis can be drawn,South Korea's SK PU and asphalt modifier has excellent compatibility on.Therefore,in road engineering,PU modified emulsified asphalt can have very good application value.
