In recent years,Anhui's economy has developed vigorously,its social influence has greatly increased,and its location advantage has become prominent.The traffic volume of some expressways in the surrounding area has increased rapidly.Coupled with the adverse factors such as high temperature and heavy load,some asphalt pavements suffer from diseases such as passage,upheaval and rutting shortly after opening to traffic,which seriously damage the asphalt pavement structure and make the service performance of the asphalt pavement drop sharply.Thereinto,the weak interlayer combination of asphalt pavement is one of the most important reasons.The research object of this paper is the reconstruction and expansion project of Wu-He Expressway.SBS modified emulsified asphalt tack coat was sprayed between the surface layers.By analyzing the stress of the asphalt pavement interlayer structure,the key factors affecting the stress of the asphalt pavement interlayer and the influencing factors of the tack coat bonding effect were listed.On this basis,through laboratory tests,the composition of raw materials,distribution range and construction control index of the viscous oil were determined.Relying on the on-site test section of the reconstruction and expansion project in Wu-He Expressway,the requirements of production equipment,preparation process flow and control indexes,spreading construction technology and detection methods,index requirements,etc.for tack coat were put forward.Through laboratory tests and practical engineering applications,it is shown that the SBS modified emulsified asphalt prepared has good interlayer bonding performance,excellent high-temperature stability and low-temperature crack resistance.
