Research And Application Of Sustainable Product Service System Design

The industrial revolution in eighteenth Century made the technological innovation and economic development of the present society and changed the way of human life.At the same time,a series of environmental,social and economic problems,for example,the climate anomaly,resource shortage,waste,and so on are becoming increasingly prominent.The conflict between economic development and resources and environment has become the most important issue in the world.Because of this,many enterprises,organizations and individuals began to gradually find effective ways and means to solve this problem.sustainable design concept came into being.With the refinement and depth of product function and utility demand,and the strong impact of service economy,China's manufacturing industry has to start to pay attention to sustainable design,the economic model innovation and the technological innovation.We intend to achieve the product function,improve customer with the minimum resource consumption and the minimum cost of environmental pollution.The model innovation and industry transformation of China's manufacturing industry is an issue urgently need to be solved in China.Sustainable product service system(System Product-Service,hereinafter referred to as PSS),serving as a sustainable design strategy,is not only the choice of enterprise innovation mode,but also can help the community to achieve sustainable development,and to achieve win-win situation of multi stakeholder.This paper,with the core of the service oriented PSS design,studies the following four aspects:1,The judgement and choice of the type of product service system.This article put forward the related PSS type judging criterion through the analysis of domestic and foreign design example research and the core elements of sustainable product service system,and based on the relevant requirements in the process of product service system on different stages of the whole life cycle.And according to the certain theory basis,this article builds a selecting the judging model2,Sustainable product design process.The author,combing the relevant green product design standards and TRIZ technology evolution theory,plans the design process of the sustainable systems products;3,The utility oriented PSS innovation design process.Based on the analysis and research of the ideal solution of TRIZ and the related theory of the sustainable product service system,this paper puts forward the innovation design process model of the sustainable product service system based on TRIZ.The model provides the sustainable development objective,the evolutionary path and the evolution route of the product service system,which can guide the designer in the sustainable development of the enterprise;4,The examples of the innovation design about HP university paper printing service system.We need to build a sustainable service system which can meet the demand of f enterprise,users and environment,with the reference of service design process and the method service system design practice of the sustainable product service system innovation designing process in the file management and print copy...
