The Flexibility In The Space Design Of Industrialization House Based The SI System

In the context of sustainable development and housing industrialization,improving housing quality,realizing of humanized design of residence,and changing from the extensive to the intensive type,is significant for China's housing industry.Humanized design should start from the occupants.This paper will begin with space-flexibility design of the industrialization residence to discuss how to meet the various and dynamic demand of residents,introduce the concept and technology of SI residence system,and research on design method of space flexibility for development of housing industrialization in China.First of all,through the analysis and summary about the process of foreign housing industrialization development and the critical theory and practice of space flexibility,we can understand the essence connotation and advantage of SI residence system.Secondly,in the actual situation of China,this research explores the occupants' residential demand as well as demand for residential space flexibility through investigation and theoretical research.Then,on this basis,this research proposes design methods of space flexibility based on the SI system,establishes a basic support model,and respectively puts forward specific solutions for situations of lifestyle differences and evolution of family structure.Finally,from the levels of support and infill as well as the combination,it respectively interprets the key technology of SI housing system,analyses the resistance faced of SI housing system in China's current stage,and proposes recommendations.Space flexibility of industrialization housing based on the SI system is designed to meet the different demand of lifestyle differences or the evolution of family structure.Different from the traditional residence,SI house has a strong adaptability,fits the concept of sustainable development,has marketing potential,and helps housing industrialization.Currently in China,the SI housing system is also in a period of transition from theory to practice.There are only a few pilot projects.The research is still not perfect in all aspects.I hope that this study will be advantageous to the practice and development of SI system in China,and contribute to the method how to design more humanized,longevous,flexible,and high-quality houses.
