Application Of Bashu Culture Elements To Dining Design

Bashu culture is an important branch of Chinese culture.Bashu culture is composed of Sichuan culture centered in China and Chongqing culture centered in Chongqing.Sichuan is centered on Chengdu,including the western and central parts of Sichuan Basin.Archaeological findings show that there was cultural exchange between Shu people and the ethnic groups in the Yellow River basin from Shang to Western Zhou Dynasty,and that there was a Ba State in the Qingjiang River basin in southwestern Hubei during Western Zhou Dynasty,which was influenced by Shu.Bashu culture has a strong cultural radiation.It penetrates into the Central Plains,Chu and Qin cultures and has a far-reaching influence in Southeast Asia.With the development of science and technology and the change of the times,it is more and more important to retain the essence of traditional art and culture.How to disseminate Bashu culture through new expression methods and display platforms deserves our in-depth study.Starting from the origin and development of Bashu culture,aiming at the characteristics and development trend of catering space,this paper fully excavates the characteristics of Bashu culture and art by analyzing the artistic characteristics of Bashu culture elements and combining with the typical case of interior space design of "old home in eastern Sichuan",focusing on its natural scenery,history and humanities,and Bashu folk residences.Its decorative function,humanized and practical function,explore the possibility of inserting Bashu cultural elements into the catering space design,make the catering space have cultural connotation,highlight spiritual connotation,realize the catering space design with national characteristics,and interpret the integration of Bashu culture and catering space from a practical point of view.
