| With the implementation of the national green building policy,the structural optimization of material saving and material resource utilization has been paid more and more attention.Light steel structure residential has many advantages,in recent years,The prefabricated building of light steel structure-based is developing rapidly in China,and it has also been further explored in technology research and development.However,the research on light steel structure residence mainly focuses on the mechanical properties,seismic performance and related influence parameters of light keel structure system,there is no systematic research on the energy saving performance and optimization measures of the light-keel structure system.In this paper,the shear wall skeleton of light steel keel structure system(on the condition that regardless of horizontal support and cross support)is taken as the research object,the concept of new truss-type keel structure is proposed relative to the traditional structure of the wall skeleton.The analysis and comparison of the mechanical properties and research of the structural optimization of the two skeletons with different keel structures are carried out,and the new structure of the new truss keel structure with higher structure efficiency and better performance is obtained.And summarizes the influence law of each influencing factor on the mechanical performance and structural efficiency.To this end,this paper has carried out the following aspects of research work:1.The analysis of the force of light steel structure residence is carried out,summed up the different types of light steel structure residential wall by the horizontal load and vertical load of the approximate ratio range.Lay the foundation for further research.2.Through ABAQUS finite element software,the topological optimizationanalysis of the shear wall is carried out to find out the change rule of the structure of the shear wall after optimization.3.The concept of "structural efficiency" is introduced,and the method of quantifying "structural efficiency" is proposed and the feasibility is verified.4.The skeleton structure of the shear wall is subjected to a large number of parametric analysis,the influence laws of each influencing factor on the mechanical properties and structural efficiency of different types of shear wall skeleton are studied,and the corresponding optimal skeleton structure under different conditions is selected,finally put forward the project proposal.5.The nonlinear finite element analysis of the typical wall is made.Considering the situation of increasing support,the new wall skeleton is compared with the traditional wall skeleton which considering the support effect,then draw the conclusion and put forward the project proposal.6.The correctness and feasibility of the research conclusion are verified by engineering examples. |
