With the rapid development of China's urbanization process,the surface coverage condition change sharply.Which resulting in a series of environmental problems,the most prominent is the rain flood control and management of the city.Traditional rain flood management mode is simply focus on urban rainwater emissions,making it easier for the city to have more prolems in dealing with a large amount of runoff in flood,water pollution and so on.To solve the problem,enables the human and the environment harmony and developing sustainable,our country draw lessons from foreign urban stormwater control concept and technology based on the low impact development.In order to better carry out related work in the era of big data,those is the key to manage urban drainage related data information,assiste selection of low impact development measures,evaluate planning control effect in the process of urban development.This paper learn from domestic and foreign urban stormwater management method,taking Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform,useing Geodatabase as the system database,and using c # language combining Arc GIS Engine component,and using hydrologic hydraulic and water quality related urban pipeline drainage calculation principle to simulate the process of urban drainage to implementation the urban stormwater management auxiliary decision system about low impact development.System implements the following basic functions: 1)the management of graphics and text data;2)location analysis of LID facility;3)the plan of site selection evaluation of rainwater control effect.A certain community of railway minxiang garden is selected as the research object.Using the daily rainfall of cumulative frequency curve to analyzes the feasibility of low impact development.Collect the underlying surface topography,soil,land use,meteorology,drainage pipe network as data,and make use of the system manage these data and make decision based on low impact development.In combination with the practical situation of the study area,choose bioretention,permeable pavament,rain barrels and gree roofs as low impact development facilities to provide the appropriate location area,and site selection and evaluation of the scheme of the control effect of the rain.Results show that the system can effectively adjust and control of small scale and high frequency of small and medium-sizedrainfall runoff discharge effect.So the system can assist planners,job of regional low impact development.This can provides decisions for planners of urban rainwater management and land use planning on later.
