Study On The Strategies Of Passive Design Based On The “Assessment Standard For Green Building”

With official implementation of the “Assessment standard for green building”in 2015,the development of green building in the recent ten years has gained full recognition from the whole society.The prosper state of Chinese green building will definitely attract more attention for the transformation in design in the future.But in the process of rapid development,there have situations such as non-depth understanding of assessment to take wrong part in evaluating exist.So that a large number of problems in design method for green building coming forth.In this background,office building which takes over the majority of city public buildings,cause large amount of energy consumption and lacks proper green design method.How to reach the requirement for green building through passive design becomes a valuable research topic.This topic based on the theoretical framework of the “Assessment standard for green building”.First,we will have clear and definite understanding of green building conception through analysising the development of green building.Combined with the demand for architecture design in cold area and the character of office building to make sense for the strategies' promotion.Second,we will construct theoretical basis through unscrambling the assessment.To find out problems by office building investigation in cold area.Then synthesized theoretical study and case study,we can promote passive design strategies for office building in cold area.Last,by case study of 3-star green building XinCheng edifice in Ju County RiZhao City to analysis the design method aimed to verify the feasibility of strategy,and finally get a system of passive design conclusion.Aimed to implement the practical meaning of the “Assessment standard for green building”.Through the research of the topic,it is conducive to promote green building design development under control of the “Assessment standard for green building”.This paper hopes to make valuable sense for green office building design work in cold area.
