| The Research bases on the design of Yilida office building in Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province. Then research on the passive design strategies of greenoffice building in hot-summer and cold-winter zone. Finally use the passivedesign strategies into practice. In hot-summer and cold-winter zone, the summer is hot and wet, and thewinter is cold and wet. The building should coordinate insulation and shadingand cooling in the summer with thermal insulation and heating in the winter. The purpose of passive design is to extend the period of transition season, shorten the period of cooling in summer and heating in winter, while reducingactive power consumption in summer and winter, and to achieve environmentalbenefits.Analysis climatic characteristics in hot-summer and cold-winter zone, thensummarize the applicable passive design strategies, mainly including: naturalventilation, day lighting, shading, insulation, eco-green, passive rainwaterutilization.By studying a large number of domestic and foreign literature and cases, explore how to use the passive design strategies. Natural ventilation should bestrengthened by making full use of pressure ventilation and controlling buildingdepth of less than14m. If the building is organized with a courtyard, theventilation corridor should be set to improve the ventilation of the innercourtyard. Day lighting should be designed well. Flat skylight and the atriumwith top lighting should not be used without shading. The shading should bedesigned to block the direct sunlight in summer and not to block the directsunlight in winter. The construction should consider of the insulation, includingthe double-skin system and light-colored surface. Eco-green and passiverainwater utilization would achieve environmental benefits.Take the design of Yilida office building in Taizhou City, ZhejiangProvince as an example, and analysis the use and the effect of these passivedesign strategies. The Research summarize the applicable passive design strategies of greenoffice building in hot-summer and cold-winter zone, and give an example ofbuilding design. It would have reference value with other architectural practiceunder the same climatic conditions. |
