| Wind energy is a kind of green and clean energy.It is inexhaustible,more and more important,and has been paid more attention all over the world.Variable pitch control of wind power generator,according to the maximum extent of wind energy capture,can smooth the output power and so on,gradually become the main type of wind turbine generator.Variable pitch control system is one of the most important technologies of wind turbines,especially hydraulic variable pitch control system,In this paper,a wide range of theoretical analysis and experimental research have been carried out.The research significance of this subject is explained,the main research contents of this subject are put forward.Based on aerodynamic analysis,the theory of variable pitch wind turbine control is introduced,according to the theory of hydraulic variable pitch wind turbine,a mathematical model is established and simulated.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified.By comparing the traditional variable pitch method with a paddle driven by a crank mechanism only,a hydraulic variable pitch wind turbine based on fuzzy PID control is proposed in this paper,introduce the variable pitch actuator.The pitch,driving force,load capacity and flow of the hydraulic system are calculated.According to the above calculation,the hydraulic control system of variable pitch is designed,the working state and principle of hydraulic system as well as the circulation of oil under different working conditions are introduced in detail,the main components of the hydraulic system have been selected.Because of the hydraulic system,the oil circulation circuit is different from the impeller opening and closing process,therefore,the mathematical model of two control systems of paddle and turn off must be established respectively.PID and fuzzy PID controller are used to model the pitch closed-loop control system,and the simulation is also carried out.According to the existing conditions,build the test.The experimental results can verify the correctness of the system design,and the simulation model is reasonable.The fuzzy PID hydraulic variable pitch control system designed in this paper can also meet the precise and fast control requirements of variable pitch wind turbine. |
