ECG is an effective method for the detection and prevention of heart disease in modern medical fields,but the detection and diagnosis of some sporadic heart disease,need dynamic ECG and dynamic ECG monitor for helping.Remote dynamic ECG monitor is designed in this thesis,can record and playback the ECG data,and can realize the real-time remote monitoring through intelligent mobile phone,not only can improve the medical level and efficiency,but also can reduce the cost of medical care.Based on the low power technology of embedded system,the system of remote dynamic ECG monitor is designed,the hardware circuit design includes three aspects:device selection,module circuit design and power management,the ECG acquisition option integrates the low power consumption scheme ADS 1298,this chip with peripheral circuit complete the ECG pacing signal detection,the data collected is processed,and then stored in the Micro SD card and transmitted to the intelligent mobile phone platform through the Bluetooth.The monitor data processing includes ECG signal quality assessment and ECG data compression,ECG signal quality assessment is carried out in the high frequency band and low frequency band respectively to obtain the final signal quality level;the collected data passes through Second-order difference and extract the symbol information,and then re-coded by Huffman segmentation coding,to achieve lossless compression.The design of system software is in order to simplify the data processing flow and ensure the real-time performance under the low power design.The test results show that the system realizes the monitor of 12 lead ECG data acquisition,storage and real-time transmission function at 500SPS sampling rate with more than 18 effective bits data resolution,and the data compression ratio is about 4.4.The monitor can save 44 days of ECG data and work about 85 hours with a single 5AA battery,and the current is less than 30mA operating at the standard battery.In this thesis,the design of the remote ECG monitor is tested,and the feasibility of the whole scheme is verified,which provides a solution for the portable ambulatory ECG monitoring.
