The construction industry is one of the three pillars of the national economy,with the development of market economy,the importance of building engineering quality has become increasingly prominent,to enhance the quality of a building plays an important role in economic development,on the other hand,to prevent the effect on safety accidents.The building of a single building must also improve the quality of construction products through quality management and innovation,and improve the quality of products.China's modernization construction requires us to provide more high-quality construction products,and how to protect the quality of construction projects through project quality management means,it is worth our in-depth study.This paper takes the JIANGNAN Tower Project in CHANGSHU as an example to analyze the PDCA quality management cycle,found the southern building project quality management cycle through the PDCA to establish a system of quality management system is relatively perfect,but the quality of the management and control means but could not be put down,therefore,this paper creatively added subsequent extension stage,the four stages of quality management cycle of PDCA development for the PDCAY five phase,the subsequent extension stage is the first four stages of general supervision and feedback,supervision in the subsequent extension stage,the focus is on the analysis of the quality management system implementation process problems,and make corresponding improvement programs,effectively improve the JIANGNAN Tower Project in CHANGSHU quality management level.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,describes the research of quality management of the JIANGNAN Tower Project in CHANGSHU's background,purpose,significance,and the research framework;the second part of the literature review defines and describes the project quality and quality control of the related concepts,the development process of project quality management review of simple building construction quality management are summarized,and research the development status of quality management of construction industry at home and abroad;the third chapter of the JIANGNAN Tower Project in CHANGSHU the overall situation and the construction of profile,the use of quality management activities of the PDCA cycle theory of quality management to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the JIANGNAN Tower Project in CHANGSHU;fourth chapter through the subsequent extension stage(stage Y)by expanding the PDCA cycle,in the construction of the southern building quality control problems Including the management organization structure is not reasonable,the quality management system is not in place,and the corresponding improvement program,using the net present value method to make feasibility analysis,the last chapter is the conclusion and outlook.In this paper,the theory of PDCA cycle quality management is used to analyze the project of the JIANGNAN Tower Project in CHANGSHU.The PDCA is explored in four stages,and the subsequent extension stage(stage Y)is added to monitor the first four links.Supervision and management,and further improve the level of project management.It provides a new way for the construction enterprises to use the project management theory to protect the quality of the project.
