Deepening the reform of economic system and the perfection of market economy system in China promote continuous development and maturity of China’s construction industry. But at the same time we should also be rational to see the quality problems of construction project due to rapid development in the short term. World-renowned management expert Professor Sander Holm also said: "Quality is the golden key to open the world market." Quality is the foundation of corporate reputation, market efficiency and the development of life chain enterprise survival and development of the beginning. So companies want to get a strong competitive advantage and a steady market in the industry, it is necessary to emphasize speed and efficient at the same time to the quality as the most basic protection of building works. Especially in recent years more and more confronted with problems that arise due to the construction quality of economic disputes, huge economic losses or even casualties, construction of quality problems caused by more and more people’s attention. The quality management of the construction project as a process of planning, control, detection and disposal, is an important way to reduce business losses and enhance the best choice to improve their economic and social benefits of the quality of construction projects.Firstly, the quality of management, quality management, the theoretical concepts construction project quality management elaborate, quality management and the classical theory(the theory of zero defects, Six Sigma, the PDCA cycle management theory) detailed discussion and analysis. Factors affecting the quality of management building projects were discussed, and the various factors influence and impact on the construction project quality management to analyze and demonstration.The competition of the construction industry is more and more intense, the author want to find a sustainable development road for the enterprise, he decided to upgrade the LY Construction Company’s project quality management level, and establish the good image and reputation of the LY Construction Company. In M project, the author practices the theory of PDCA cycle management, takes corresponding measures in project planning(stage P), control phase(stage D) and detection(stage C) and disposal stage(stage A). At the same time, the author puts PDCA cycle management process as a continuous flow of dynamic process. After finding quality problems, the author takes timely manners to improve the quality control plan, and verify the effectiveness of the optimization.At last, this paper evaluates the performance of M construction project quality management. The author established the evaluation index system of project quality management, and made a quantitative analysis on the quality management of M project by using the analytic hierarchy process. The author finds the defects in the quality management and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
