With the development of China’s national economy,the construction industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy,which is followed by a significant increase in the quality of construction projects,resulting in a lot of adverse social impact.The continuous optimization of quality management is a symbol of the development of human civilization,and the quality of construction projects is the focus of national attention.How to better control the quality of construction project determines the success or failure of construction project in a sense,so the quality control management of construction project is the core of construction project management.In this paper,S Company s project as the research object,first of all,the quality control management research background and significance,through S Company s project actual construction site investigation,the quality management status of the project was analyzed.In the course of investigation,it is found that there are quality management problems in the daily construction process of this project.Combining with the total quality management principle and PDCA quality control principle,this paper analyzes and studies the phenomenon of on-site quality management of this project,to determine the causes of management problems,and from the practice,proposed solutions for S Company S Project Construction Quality Management,to ensure s company in the future project quality management to be promoted.To study and optimize the quality management of this project is of practical significance for the future development of S Company.First,it is helpful to improve the project quality and thus enhance the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the company.Secondly,it can improve and enhance the quality management level of construction engineering,and promote the project quality to reach the standard.Finally,combining with the practical problems in the quality management of S project,a set of relatively complete quality management system was obtained,which provided a good reference for the corresponding projects of the subsequent companies,greatly improved the problem of substandard quality of subsequent projects,and thus better improved the use value of project projects.
