Highway needs to be constructed,environment needs to be protected.Environmental protection is the first important thing for the survival and development of human beings.In the process of highway transportation,the traffic accident is a probability event.However,the occurrence of traffic accidents in the transport of dangerous chemicals will be a serious traffic incidents and environmental crisis.We must strictly guard against.In this paper,we carefully study serious damage and the impact of at home and abroad of dangerous chemicals leak to the ecological environment,the survival of human beings and proposed on the construction of research the transport of dangerous chemicals wading vehicle bridge traffic accident for environmental risk prevention safety facilities.Mainly studies on:(1)he environmental risk evaluation index of the transport of dangerous chemicals vehicles in road traffic accidents;(2)traffic accidents of environmental pollution accident severity caused by vehicles carrying dangerous chemicals wading bridge;(3)environmental accident risk prediction of the traffic accident of dangerous chemicals wading vehicle bridge;(4)traffic accident risk prevention of the transport of dangerous chemicals wading vehicle bridge and design of the accident sewage collection pipe network,and the accident emergency warning and countermeasures.This paper is based on the Yiba highway construction project.In order to solve environmental risk prevention issues of the Yiba highway bridge water transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals,I participated in Yiba highway construction.In highway construction and research,key technology of wading bridge runoff collection technology,transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals risk prediction of wading bridge transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals accidents emergency water environment risk,application of nano storage design of road transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals risk prevention system and emergency management mechanism are studied by the survey method and engineering practice research methods,theoretical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,field test,calculation,evaluation technology to research in this paper.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.Risk evaluation index system the transportation of dangerous chemicals in wading bridge traffic accident caused ring accident is constructed,including five categories and 14 secondary indicators and vehicles,roads,traffic,population sensitive receptors and environment sensitive receptor.Safety evaluation method of vehicle,road and traffic environment trinity of dangerous chemicals transportation vehicle wading bridge traffic accident caused environmental accidents of road is proposed,to determine environmental risk classification probability of each index weight and second level indexes corresponding.Traffic accident classification standard of environmental pollution accident caused by the transport of dangerous chemicals vehicles wading bridge is proposed.2,This paper reveals the scale patterns of Yiba highway wading dangerous bridges chemical accident leaks in the water diffusion in space and time,and leakage diffusion rules of appropriates in the Yi Ba wading bridge dangerous chemicals transportation accidents is predicted.3,The integrated technology and facilities for the transportation of dangerous goods transportation accident storage facilities and bridge deck is designed based on the requirement of traffic safety and water protection.4,The emergency management mode of "land water linkage,risk control risk" in the Three Gorges Reservoir area is proposed,and the emergency management systems,the emergency response strategies,procedures and main actions of the dangerous chemicals transportation accidents in Yiba highway are formulated.
