With the rapid development of Chinese petrochemical industry,hazardous chemicals demand and production are increasing.These hazardous chemicals mainly through road transport to reach the destination,if an accident occurs during transport,it will pose a great threat to the people's lives,property and the surrounding environment.How to safely and efficiently transport hazardous chemicals,and monitor the transport status of hazardous chemicals in real time is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,we focus on improving the security of hazardous chemicals transportation,and carry out the research of vehicle intelligent terminal and remote monitoring center around the intelligent early warning,tracking and positioning,monitoring and management of hazardous chemical's states.The main contents and innovation of this research include the following:(1)Aiming at the safety of hazardous chemicals transportation,this paper puts forward the solution of vehicle terminal of hazardous chemicals transportation based on IOT(Internet of things)and cloud service.This paper analyzes the system operation principle and realizes the system of large-scale distributed monitoring system,and analyzes the system operation principle,and realizes the system of large-scale distributed monitoring system.The system is based on the general structure of the system,data publishing technology and data transmission technology.The system has the characteristics of scalability and high real-time performance.(2)According to the requirements of vehicle condition monitoring,the technical principle of the vehicle terminal is analyzed and the terminal monitoring system(including hardware and software)is designed.For the monitoring data processing,the terminal master node collects the data from the terminal acquisition node.The threshold judgment and "puncture" warning based on BP neural network of hazardous chemicals vehicles are introduced here to realize the early warning of danger and the results will be displayed local,achieving the warning of dangerous vehicle risk.The "early warning test" of the hazardous chemicals vehicles showed that the "flat tire" warning model can identify the typical "blowout" hazard level and meet the system requirements.(3)The system structure of the remote monitoring center is proposed and constructed.The development and experiment of the remote monitoring center database and the front interface are emphasized.The real-time and reliability of the remote monitoring center are verified,and the deep technology of the cloud server is not studied.
