When entering the 21st century,with the rapid development of economy in our country and the rapid increase of people's living standard,urban and rural residents have growing demand for electricity.At the same time,people also put forward higher request for the power quality and reliability of the whole power system.Therefore,in order to try to avoid accidental blackouts,reduce the power grid voltage fluctuations,and reduce the huge losses brought by the power grid failure.The research on the distribution network automation system of power system has got more and more attention.The living conditions of urban residents is so better that their huge demand prompted that town got priority treat of the vast number of researchers and their problems get priority solutions.However,compared with high quality and strict norms of urban power grid,the county and township grid consumed electricity greatly and was filled with old equipment,while configuration is not reasonable,and the degree of automation was so low that some areas still stays in the primitive electrician operation stage.This contradiction urges the distribution network automation research in counties and townships is imminent.The first chapter summarizes the current situation of the development of distribution network automation system at home and abroad,and compares the shortcomings of the domestic development of distribution network automation system.In the second chapter,the characteristics of the voltage distribution network and the current distribution network are introduced,and the automation scheme of the voltage distribution network is selected for the county and township.The third chapter designs a county-level voltage distribution network automation system from the three levels of distribution network master station,distribution terminal and communication system.In chapter 4,the principle and process of the important function of the distribution automation are introduced,and the applicability of the centralized distribution network automation mode in the county and county distribution network design is pointed out.The fifth chapter points out the difficult problem of fault location in centralized and automatic feeder automation in county and township,makes full use of the relevant principle of traveling wave method,simulates the fault of distribution network based on PSCAD,and uses LMD algorithm and differential entropy concept to achieve The results show that the method is effective and the influence of various factors on fault location error is also discussed.These work further improve the county-level distribution network automation system design.Chapter 6 Summary.
