In the information age,data,as an important strategic resource,is growing explosively.And development of civil aviation industry also needs a large number of reliable data as the cornerstone to drive.At the same time,the demand for data sharing has increased dramatically.However,due to the data storage mode of airports in China’s civil aviation field is not unified,and the security of data sharing cannot be guaranteed,data resources cannot be effectively shared among airports,which restricts the development of civil aviation informatization.Therefore,this thesis designs the three-tier architecture of the system,the composition and the functions of each level based on the decentralized blockchain technology.By using the distributed storage,immutability and transparency of blockchain technology,the trust relationship between airports can be established through the construction of blockchain nodes.The present situation of data centralization storage and "data island" in the data sharing area of civil aircraft field is improved.Secondly,aiming at the performance limitation of large-scale system caused by each node participating in data storage and consensus calculation in traditional blockchain system,This thesis proposes a two-layer consortium blockchain network to reduce the need for system storage and computing.Each airport node stores its own internal data and form internal consensus,and the nodes between airports can realize data sharing and reach high-level consensus.At the same time,considering that the business scenario of the airport itself involves a variety of business types,a multichannel design mode is proposed to store different business data respectively and store them in physical isolation to improve the manageability of data.Based on the above system and network design,this thesis designs and realizes the automatic storage and sharing process of actual flight and luggage operation data by using Hyerledger Fabric chaincode technology.At the same time,in terms of data collaboration between airports,this thesis proposes a single flight departure delay prediction method combining blockchain,deep learning and horizontal federated learning framework.The aim is to collaborate with airports to train high-quality forecasting models without sharing flight data.The simulation results show that the training model of this method is better than the local training model of a single airport and is basically close to the training model of flight data sharing.Therefore,this method can effectively avoid data transmission consumption and improve the cooperation efficiency between airports.Finally,in the concrete realization process of civil aviation airport data sharing system,this thesis has completed the construction of the double-layer consortium blockchain network based on Hyperledger Fabric,the development of user-oriented distributed Web application and the construction of the blockchain background management system for the interaction between the blockchain and the upper application.Through the test and verification of the function of the system,the civil aviation airport data sharing system designed in this thesis can solve the problems of centralized data storage and "data island" faced by the traditional data sharing system from the system level and business characteristics,so as to realize the efficient,safe and reliable sharing of civil aviation data.
