Since energy harvester can convert the existing energy in the environment into electricity,it becomes a new energy source which is able to maintain themselves and replace the battery,and more and more attention is received.Micro-vibration energy harvester based on environmental vibration energy has become a technology for the various ultra-low power micro-electronic devices and system micro-power supply.How to utilize the vibration energy in the environment and improve the output power of the micro energy collector is a hot research issue in recent years.Magnetically controlled Shape Memory Alloy(MSMA),as a newly discovered material,has great application in the development of miniature vibration energy harvester for its good magnetron properties.Thus more and more attention is received.This paper designs a new type of vibration energy harvester based on the inverse characteristics of magnetron shape memory alloys,i.e.,under the vibration environment,a suitable bias magnetic field is applied to the material,and the magnetic induction intensity inside the material changes regularly so as to change the magnetic field passing through the material,then the magnetic induced voltage is generated,which convert the vibration energy into electric energy.First of all,in this paper based on the current situation and development trend of vibration energy collection at home and abroad,the basic principles of several existing vibration energy collection methods is summarized and the advantages and insufficient of these different vibration energy collection methods are compared.The inverse characteristics of magnetron shape memory alloy and the principle of electromechanical conversion are introduced in detail.Meanwhile,the working principle of MSMA vibration energy collector and the application environment of MSMA are respectively given.In addition,the potential and advantages of MSMA in vibration energy collection are highlighted.Secondly,according to the characteristics of MSMA,the vibration energy harvester is designed such that its structure is combined with MSMA better.Then the size and other parameters of the used coils,permanent magnets,silicon steel sheets and the like are theoretically analyzed and the Siemens drawing software UG is further used to make a 3D model of the collector,and the ANSYS14.0 is adopted for finite element modeling and simulation of the magnetic circuit.Compared with the previous theoretical parameter analysis,ta prototype is created under the premise of determining the right parameters,and then the experiment is tested.Finally,the circuit design of the energy harvester is fabricated.The circuit of the LTC3108-1 chip is used to amplify and rectify the feeble AC voltage collected by the harvester,and a stable DC voltage is outputted.Then the MSMA being able to used in the environment Vibration energy acquisition field is verified.In addition,the results of thisexperiment is summarized,meanwhile,the identify deficiencies and improvements are found to provided direction for the further study.
