Interaction Design Of Kingdee EAS Manufacturing Execution System

The national strategy "Internet+" has a macro effect on the pattern transformation of production management,the development of Internet technology help the enterprise to reform their manufacturing execution system and bring them new thoughts,as the rapid change of market and enterprise competition intensifying,the enterprise competition will from the top permeate to the bottom,the enterprise managers start valuing the supervision of bottom informations,and manufacturing execution system is an significance tool to help enterprises monitor production scene real-time.Therefore,the kingdee EAS manufacturing execution system used in CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd,provided by kingdee software(China)co.,LTD.launch a upgrade in December 2015,as the core product of the kingdee ERP series,the project has been valued by both sides as an attempt of transition to intelligent manufacturing.The Kingdee’s User experience center is in charge of the interface design,The author was involved in the interaction design of the project during the internship,Mainly includes:1)MES research;2)Business architecture consolidation,Information flow diagram output;3)Output the interaction plan based on the business backgroud and user needs;4)Interactive plan elaboration,discussion,verification.The paper expounds the time sequence of the design process,describes the the design methods and the problems encountered in this process,and the following solutions.Chapter 1 of the paper is the introduction,Describe the background of the project;The chapter 2,3 is the product analysis,from which can got product orientation and user needs;Chapter 4 is prototype designing elaboration,the designing is based on previous research\Field test results and user habits.And following summary summed up the results and shortages of all the work and prospected the future direction of the Kingdee EAS Manufacturing Execution System.
