With the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems becoming increasingly prominent,Our Country is more strict with the requirement of engine fuel consumption and emissions.At the same time,vehicles have more excellent performance,better fuel economy and better emissions because of the rapidly developing engine electronic control technology.Electronic control systems have many advantages,but it also increases system problems and maintenance difficulties,relevant diagnostic equipment and instruments generate at the right moment.The application of end of line test platform can ensure the rapid diagnosis of engine ECU,and mass production of engine controllers and vehicles can't depart from the support of end of line testing platform.At present,most EOL testing equipments used by Car manufacturers and the engine controller suppliers are from abroad,some domestic research have no help for actual production application.This topic is based on the hardware-in-loop equipment(Labcar),research and developed a set of EOL testing system with the software ECU-TEST.This text analyzes the basic principle of ECU fault diagnosis based on application layer protocol ISO 14229,the combination principle of a message,the service type and functional division supported by the application layer,etc.Request and response rules of EOL test development Specified by the application layer protocol has the very vital significance.The network layer protocol ISO 15765-1 stipulates rules for single frames and frame transmission,which provides a strong guarantee for transmission of a data stream.The hardware-in-loop device(Labcar)provides a platform for the development of the test,this text has established a vehicle model in Labcar,including GDI engine model,transmission parts,longitudinal dynamics model and the driver module,at the same time,established mathematical model according to the working principle of electronic throttles to replace real throttles.Designing EOL testing process based on man-machine friendly way,With the help of ECU-TEST developed software,writing system code according to the process of reading diagnostic information,generating working condition of vehicle,running diagnostic tests and output report.Platform can automatically read the test information from Excel,get the tester needs;generate vehicle conditions by controlling Labcar driver module automatically;verify test authority through Seed&Key algorithm;Sent diagnostic information via VN 1640a,reply information;analyze the test information,give tester report.
