Application Of Green Technology In Rural Housing Construction

China is a great agricultural country,in the past years,the accumulation of agriculture and contributions of farmers have laid a solid foundation for our economy construction.However,with the increasing perfectness of national economy and industrial system,the urban-rural dual structure has being becoming increasingly obvious,and the broad masses of farmers have not shared the achievements brought from industry and urbanization.The determination of “building a new socialist countryside” was put forward in the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party,which marks that the rural construction in our country enters into the substantial stage.Now,more than a decade later,the rural economy and the living standard of farmers have greatly developed and improved.However,behide such achievement,cost of major demolition,waste of resources and energy consumption was huge.The general plan of ecological civilization construction was put forward in the third and fourth Plenary Session of the eighteenth Central Committee of the Party,moreover,in 2015,the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee discussed and approved the Suggestions on Quickening and Promoting the Ecological Civilization Construction.It is the first time to put forward the concept of “greenization”.The “greenization” industry has become the new task of economic development under the new normal,in addition,using “greenization”to guide the construction of “beautiful countryside” has become the new goal of new countryside constructionCompared with urban economy,the rural economy is still underdeveloped.There will be many difficulties in the “greenization” construction of the countryside,especially for the countryside around Chinese capital,how to explore a feasible new countryside construction technology of greenization has huge leading and demonstration significance for improving the living quality of farmers,energy efficient,promoting the sustainable development and realizing the ecological civilization construction.The paper bases on the related theories and practices of green rural residences and refers to the related theories and cases at home and abroad to put forward the green rural construction technology for the northern areas and research how to participate in the rural construction in the full process and all dimensions,how to integrate the green idea in the early,middle and later period of construction,especially the feasibility of three-star standard of rural residences,conducts research on the rural residences from 5 aspects including land-efficient(planning,single building design),energy-efficient(building envelope,heating,ventilation,usage of new energy),water-efficient(rainwater collection,water for afforestation,water economizer),material-efficient(resource recycling,local materials)and indoor environmental quality(noise control,anti-condensation).Based on these,Qiwangfen Village in Haidian District of Beijing was taken as the practical object,analyzing the current situation,recording the application of the green idea and technology in the overall project process and summarizing the successful experience and disadvantages of green technology in the rural construction process are thus to give references for the rural construction,especially the green countryside construction in the northern areas.
